Each night your brain moves several sleep cycles,
In the start of the cycle you enter LIGHT sleep,
Then move into DEEP sleep,
Then DREAM,
And finally move back into LIGHT Sleep.

These cycles take about 90 minutes each and you feel most refreshed if you wake up end of the cycle because then you are closest to your normal awaking state.

To increase the charges of this,
Decide when you want to wake up
Then come back in 90 minutes blocks until you find the time you want to fold the sleep.

Let’s imagine you want to wake up at 4:30 AM then chunk it back
with 90 minutes blocks
as:

-4:30 AM (Wake Up Time)
-3:00 AM
-1:30AM
-00:00 AM
-10:30 PM Good Sleep Time (will give you 6 hours Of Sleep)
-09:00 PM Ideal Sleep Time (will give you 7.5 hours Of Sleep)
